IT'S ALIVE! Frankenstein's Comic Book Swap's first run!
/Last Saturday, Cosmic Monkey's Tim and Andy organized the first ever Frankenstein Comic Book SWAP which managed to successfully (and colorfully) connect local vendors to local comic lovers and in the process continue to build a healthy community of comic books & people!
...and thank you to the vendors and entertainment! Special thanks to Eagle Lodge for providing ample space for the 16 mm projectors, as well!

Come by the Eagle's Lodge on Saturday July 19th and pay the measly sum of 1 single dollar to gain entry! You might see old comic collecting friends you used to run into at the Memorial Coliseum shows.

Monica Gallagher is an indie creator with over ten years experience creating comics and illustrations with a positive, feminist spin. She has self-published several mini-comics and books. Her first graphic novel, Glitter Kiss, written by Adrianne Ambrose, was published by Oni Press in December 2012 and nominated for a YALSA award as a Great Graphic Novel for Teens.
